I don't believe so Bill. The height for your laptop calls for a 7mm HD, this one is 9.5mm tall. I don't think this will fit for you.

This package deal will work. It works well and you can even remove the optical drive and place your old hard drive there and have even more onboard storage. What I did was installed my OS and Adobe suite, games, etc on the ssd and now I use my 2nd hard drive to store photos and music.
