Pros: Fast

Cons: Can't download NitroSense. Computer was named incorrectly. Should say Nitro N60-640. It only says N60-640. Acer website will not accept the SNID or the Serial. Says I will have to send it to a service center to get the model name changed to be able to download the Nitrosense utility. All I wanted was to mute the lights. Further Update, I have messaged ,chat, email and finally called and waited for 30 mins to talk to support. I was told my registration was fixed. It was not. Acer customer service is horrible.

Overall Review: If I have to send it off just to get a utility working that is unacceptable.
