can you mount 2 gpus vertically running sli?

The vertical GPU bracket only comes with one riser and connecting cable but it has mounting positions for two and the manual says you can mount two but it looks to me like there is only 3 slots on the back of the riser bracket so if you mount two GPUs that take up two slots each, I don't think it will work so I'm guessing that it depends on the thickness of your GPUs. If your using GPUs that only take up one slot on the rear panel then you can definitely mount two GPUs, your just going to have to get another riser cable to mount to the bracket. Hope that helps.

Question 2

How many loops does this case support? I am thinking of a 3 loop system, each loop with it's own rad, reservoir and pump. Manboard 1 loop. Mainboard GPU 1 loop and iTX board and graphics card 1 loop.

I fear that you may not like my response as it is in the "it depends" category.  Let me explain. The backside basement features two pump mounts with multi-vendor compatibility if you wish to have discrete pumps instead of pump/reservoir combos.  However, for the EK-XTOP Revo D5 the mounting confines (even when using a flex tubing like EK-ZMT in the basement) was prohibitively tight due to the diameter of the pump top and the depth of the basement in that location.  Regardless, this option leaves you lacking one discrete pump mount.

Now, here comes the "it depends" part:  More than any case ever before, I had to plan and purchase the components of my dual loops AFTER having the case and other components on hand for a dry-fit.  This is because my goals were performance, appearance and a relative quiet system.

I wanted big, efficient radiators, efficient static pressure fans whose PWM curves are balanced for acoustics, as well as large reservoirs so the dT of my coolant would be as close to zero as possible.

My dual loop system almost completely fills my case.  However, I have a delidded and 5.2ghz 7700k on 1 loop.  The other is for two 1080ti FE with shunt mods.  The scale of my loops are large because I give my components so much radiator space.

With an iTX main board, assuming hardline tubing, I believe your build can be done. I would use three pump/res combos mounted on the case panel to the right of the main board 24pin (It will likely be tight, I have two EK-XRES 240mm centered in that space, and my main board is an ATX from factor).

Now, this res mounting configuration totally kills the 240rad mount in that space.  My rad advice would be the following:  480x25mm top mount for CPU (push/pull) if you can afford it.  480 rad push/pull in basement,  25mm=1 GPU, 60mm=SLI. Front mount 360x25 (push) for the main board loop.

Dry fit your main parts, plan and design a loop to fit rather than buying all now.

I did not do this, and it cost me many $100s, MANY $100s

Why is this a Newegg Exclusive? I see nothing different between this and the No Exclusive Enthoo Elite except this one has horrible reviews.

Why does it cost $900?

No reason trying to rip people off. I have already seen people complain that the case doesn't really come with anything premium and one guy complained he received his case with broken parts. After I saw that lost hope on this case justifying a price point at this much. They want to charge more than the best graphic card in the market right now for something that just really big with lights and ships with a case that like 200 dollars itself. Caselabs materials is much better and cost only 600 and has plenty of room which blows my mind when they want to ask so much for this thing.

Question 5

Does this have 5.25" slots for optical drives or other accessories?

The case has a removable 5.25" drive cage that is hidden behind the glass panel. This will work well for fan controllers and monitoring systems, but you would need to open the panel to access disc drives.
