Is this 19" with the mounting hardware on? Does this device emit any noise or heat?

It fits in a 19" rack if that's the question. No noise, no heat. Mine is mounted in the bottom of a small 10 RU cabinet with a solid Plexiglas door. The cabinet has some side vents, but no fans or anything. Never even warm in there when I open the back of the cabinet. (Of course, I'm not exactly maxing it out. Just a switch, a router, and a cable modem...) Great little UPS though. I love the display on the front.

My unit arrived with the box opened and nothing but the unit itself was inside. No mounting bracket, no manual, no cd, etc. My question is where can I obtain the mounting brackets for this unit ?

Newegg sent you an incomplete unit, they should send you the brackets. They are very simple L-Shaped pieces of sheet metal, but I couldn't find them separately on the NewEgg site. I also couldn't find them on the CyberPower site. They would be simple to make at home, but you shouldn't have to do that. I think that NewEgg should address this.

Can these be mounted directly to a wall?

Yes, but because the way the brackets are made it would work best with a mount like this. StarTech RK119WALLV 1U 1U 19in Steel Vertical Wall Mount Equipment Rack Bracket. This will let it mount sideways and lay flat against the wall.

If it beeps when the power goes out, can you disable the beeping?
