Overall Review: ordered this pc and to my surprise, 2 computers showed up instead of 1. Both boxes were damaged. I was only charged for one pc. I called NewEgg and the representative was kind of rude to me, basically saying that it was impossible because they have no record of sending 2 computers. The rep wanted me to send all the data and pictures before sending a return authorization. I also let the rep know that part of the pc I opened was damaged. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to file a claim and then send the pc back to them. I feel like most people would say nothing and keep the extra computer valued at almost $5,000. I had to call again and speak to another rep that wasn't much more help. Although, he did send out a return authorization and haul this heavy computer back to a drop off location. You know what I got for saving this company a loss of an extra, very expensive computer...not even a thank you. Not a small discount or a small credit for something else. Just a big fat nothing for trying to do the right thing and wasting my effort and gas to return the computer. And what really has me aggravated is nei ther pc had the part I needed as they were both damaged. Just terrible service!!! My last time buying from NewEgg for sure.
