Pros: Works great and does what it's designed to do. very quiet printer. Very quick for it's size

Cons: The biggest con would be the label issues and having to unplug and plug in the USB cable every time the computer goes off. We have had problems with the label as well. It will print nothing for a while. I didn't personally set it up and so it may be a "user error".

Overall Review: We use this for our church off a touch screen. This was a really good printer and it suits our needs very well. I don't know if a business that needs to print labels or tapes would want to use this on a daily bases though.
