It could, if the CPU radiator is designed to mount a "regular" 80mm case fan. Since this is a PWM fan, the CPU fan plug on the motherboard will drive it just fine, and the air flow should probably be high enough. But, having said that, this is designed as a case fan. CPU fans are typically large, with blades that have a lot of "bite", intended to move air volume at low RPMs. Case fans are designed to operate at higher RPM than CPU fans, and may even stall at very low RPM that a CPU fan can slowly spin at.

What is the mounting screw dimension hole center to center? I'm guessing it would be the same for all 80mm fans. Is there a chart somewhere that would provide this info for all fan sizes?

There isn't any information like what your asking for indicated on the OEM WEB site. It is the case/cooler OEM that specifies the range of the fan size/sizes to be used. There are fan size mounting adaptors' available if needed for certain situations . I am under the impression that they are all standard sized HxWxD. I hope this helps you out

Can I use this with dell precision tower T5810? Any help?

As long as your fans are 80mm this fan will work as three pin or four voltage adjustable three pin or pulse width modulated fourth pin I have never worked on a T5810 personally but looked it up on the net. You have to check the size of your fans 3 case or 1 cpu fans move a lot of air and are very quite you can hear it at full speed but not loud hope this helps.

How do I uninstall the fan?

you must check your blinker fluid before uninstalling the fan driver.
