Is this low profile?

Yes. It is a good choice for large air coolers. I use an Cryorig R1 Ultimate and with this RAM, the front fan is about 2mm above. The front fan can move up a bit higher but there were still not many options when it came to high-end memory.

Is this Samsung B-die RAM?

Yes according to Corsair’s website it is Samsung B-Die Ram. This is the ram kit model number from Corsair usually the letter at the end indicates the color None is normally black R at the end is red B at the end is blue etc. this is the ram kit number for Black note no extra letter at the end CMK16GX4M2B3200C16.

Are these newer memory models, laptop or desktop backward compatible with older memory sticks?

These particular models are desktop memory. I am not sure what you mean by older. In terms of desktop memory, the best bet is to check the specs of your motherboard to see what it is compatible with.

yes, for Ryzen 3600 it is okay, but the Ryzen 3600X can be easily overclocked while the 3600 less so (settings). this DDR4-3600 is abit overkill, but u simply pay the extra cost of 3600 vs 3200 or lesser DDR RAM (eg. 2400, 3000)

I am running 2 of this sets (32 GB total) with a Ryzen 7 2700X on a Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming rev 1.0 motherboard, and no issues ;)

Can you buy 2 of these kits and have 32GB ram functional on an Asus  x370 Ryzen board?

Depends on the motherboard. Check the manufacturer's website for the motherboard that you are choosing for the build and it will list compatible ram. But if it's got 4 ram slots most motherboards seem to support this ram well

Is the stock clock speed 3200 Mhz?

No the "Stock" speed is not 3200 Mhz.  Although the XMP rated speed is 3200 Mhz.  In short you have to enable the bios XMP Ram settings or manually adjust the RAM voltage and speed yourself in the bios. Your choice, both will work assuming your motherboard bios supports 3200Mhz.

yes, its good RAM for the price. Shop around because you might be able to get 1x16 gig stick for less or for a little bit more you can get 2x16 gig ram mods which will future proof you for a long time  on future builds.either way you go it's a win win.

Will this work with my Gigabyte b250m-ds3h mobo, and i5 6600?

No! Neither your motherboard nor your Intel cpu will support these speeds. Your Intel  i5-6600 is limited to DDR4-2133 and the Gigabyte motherboard is limited to DDR4-2400 according to their documentation.
