What is the minimum power supply requirements?

Not sure what the minimum is but I'm running this in an old Dell Optiplex 745 mini-tower, using the original PSU that according to online specs is a 305w supply and if there are any issues I am not aware of them.

This says PCI Express 2.0 x8 - so I guess that means it won't fit a PCI Express x16 (SPEC v1.0) slot?

x8 will fit in an x16 slot, but you will only have 8 lanes available. This means that data transfer will theoretically be slower than if you had 16 lanes, but if you are on an older (slower) machine, it probably won't make much difference. Should be backwards compatible with PCIE 1.0, but again, data transfer will be at PCIE 1.0 speeds, not PCIE 2.0. This won't turn your old computer into a high performance gaming machine, but the onboard memory may free up some memory on the motherboard (depending on your current display setup), and give you high-res displays and multiple monitors, up to the full specification of the card.

Yes it will, but will operate at only spec 1.0 speeds ( the fastest speed that the motherboard slot supports.)

Don't take this as definitive but I don't have a 4K monitor, only 1080, but 1440 test videos play perfectly and full 4K 2160P YouTube 4K test videos mostly played without issues, but I did see some stuttering in one test video.  I just posted my comments to add to the info available to you.  I think you will be OK, but maybe another poster will have a definite answer for you.
