Amazing speed and video
Pros: This works as well, if not better than my GTX-780ti in my old X-370 board using a 2600X CPU. Most games at 1080p run pretty well with moderate settings. Excellent 4K video for general computer use and streaming. Very fast CPU functionality over the 2600X. Really compliments my B550 (and A520 of my friends) mobo. Typical no-hassle installation using AMD pre-applied thermal paste and Stealth heatsink/fan. Gives a lot of room in a small case to make for better system cooling.
Cons: No PCie 4.0 X 4 from CPU using this processor, so if you are using a B550 or A520 chipset motherboard you won't be able to use more than PCie 3.0 X 4 for your NVME, actually this might be a positive in that PCie3.0 NVME's are steadily getting much cheaper and you may be able to double+ the amount of storage for the same or less money than a PCie 4.0 NVME, let's get really real here there isn't that much actual user experiential difference between PCie 3.0 and PCie 4.0 storage devices.
Overall Review: This is really a great APU @ a very good price point for the average everyday computer user who isn't planning to play high-level games in top-end settings. This APU really does its job very well. I will buy it again and I have already recommended it to several others who are extremely happy with their purchases.
Everything stays cool.
Pros: A nice easy use case for any builder. Plenty of room for everything including wiring pathways and it accommodates just about any PS. Most of all it is a dream to cool I have six fans in mine and with the magnetic mesh screens on the top and sides everything is running very clean and quietly, but most of all very very COOL. The large see-through side panel also lets you admire the awesomeness of your build.
Cons: Well, it wasn't free.
Overall Review: I highly recommend this case for any MATX build.
Can you believe that performance!!!
Pros: The card arrived with only a slight shipping delay. It was nicely packaged and came with everything I needed for a quick and easy install. I got it all set up and decided to benchmark it using Passmark. I was astounded at the Passmark 3D graphics mark of 21395. Take that everyone who blew a lot more cash on an RTX3060 or a Radeon 6800.
Cons: Well it didn't outscore an RTX4900
Overall Review: This is the sweet spot for gamers or business graphics users on a budget. I highly recommend this card especially as prices are dropping.
Quiet power
Pros: This PS was easy to install and it delivers power without the noise, what a joy! Awesomeness, shipped fast by NewEgg!
Cons: It was inexpensive but it wasn't free.
Overall Review: I highly recommend this for a budget build gamer or office machine.
G.SKILL quality
Pros: Very easy install and set up Accelerates to full potential with one click in the bios No glitches
Cons: None
Overall Review: Great RAM @ a great price from NewEgg. I will buy again and encourage anyone needing RAM to look at this option closely.
Nice board at a great price.
Pros: The set-up was easy right out of the box. The bios update was smooth and easy. Driver update was very simple, using the Asus support site. Runs like a charm with my 5600G and 32GB (2X16) of 3200 mHz Ripjaws CL16 DRAM @ 4K resolution. Low-cost solution with great results using my 5600G. Everything runs very cool and quiet with so little in the case, using the stock CPU cooler and one case fan supplied with the MasterBox Q300L micro-atx case. Excellent Wi-Fi.
Cons: Supplied drivers were out of date, like they ever are. Users Manual leaves a lot to be desired. Using a Samsung 980 pro 500MG SSD but it doesn't support PCIe 4.0 X 4 with my 5600G, this is my fault, not the MoBo. as the PCie 4.0 X 4 support is from the CPU (but the 5600G only supports 3.0 X 4) and the B550 chipset only supports 3.0 X 4. My MasterBox Q300L micro-atx case looks kind of empty (no GPU, NVME SSD only).
Overall Review: This is a great lower-cost solution vs. the X-570. It functions well and pairs up nicely with the 5600G. I would buy this again and strongly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice PC at a good price who intends it for normal computer uses and some light to moderate gaming. Save yourself some cash and buy a 3.0 X 4 NVME for your OS drive (or spend the same and get 2X the capacity).
mislabeled memory
I got mislabeled memory and wouldn't have known it if I weren't an experienced builder adding 32GB of memory to my current 32GB system. The memory ordered was correct but the memory received was mislabeled as identical but it was not of the same memory tier structure and chip size as my current memory and the latency was 18 compared to 16 for my current memory when the SPD was read by my Gigabyte motherboard. The return was friendly and apologetic and the refund was fast.
Great merchant
Recommend to buy from this merchant, fast delivery and quality product.
