Depends on additional components installed. Average computer probably pulls 250-350 watts (none to single graphics card). Power supplies are most efficient in the middle of their range. Generally, a 500 to 650 watt power supply will do the trick.

Will this support Ryzen 4000 series ?

Yes, AMD has stated that the B550 chip set will support the 4000 series. Later, following the 4000 series, they intend to change sockets.
