Works great right out of the box

Pros: - Works exactly like it says right out of the box - Works even for old hardware

Cons: - Nothing that I can think of currently. The hardest part was getting my lazy self off the couch to take the 5 minutes install it

Overall Review: I used this to add a write cache to my ZFS server running on 10 year old hardware and it picked it right up! No configuration required!

Pros: The drive is very quiet and has excellent access times. Haven't had any problem with faults so far. Also, IT'S HUMONGOUS!

Cons: None that I can think of.
