Overall Review: For those wondering which Noctua fan is right for them: The NF-F12 (this fan) is a high static pressure fan designed for radiators and large heat sinks, mostly quiet. Works as a case fan too. The NF-S12A is a high airflow, low static pressure very quiet fan designed for unobstructed airflow as a case fan. The NF-P12 is a compromise of the above 2 fans with good air flow, good static pressure with moderate noise. Good for partially obstructed airflow like cases with heavy filters or basic heat sinks. Pros: So far, it's working. Inexpensive.

Cons: Clicks on power up. I haven't had a clicky HD since the Pentium 4 days. Slow, but it's just a storage drive.

Overall Review: I stopped purchasing Seagate drives for builds and repairs around 15 years ago because their reliability was terrible and they were noisy. Fast forward to a new build March 2018 and I wanted a fairly large capacity storage drive (4 TB) and Seagate offered this inexpensive drive. It's not just inexpensive, it's cheap. Clicks on power up sometimes. Other times it does not. So I'll be making redundant copies of my storage drive in case it fails which I expect will happen. Would not worth RMA'ing if that happens - why bother? In my experience, Seagate still can not manufacture a well built HD.

Pros: Working for now No drive/disc errors in Event Viewer logs.

Cons: Started grinding and leaking grease/oil atop my CD's. Sounds like my first PC CD drive - a 2X speed drive for a 486-DX2

Overall Review: Don't use it very often but I'll buy another. Usually these things work fine.

Pros: With over 7,000 5-star reviews, it's easy to realize this is an excellent product. It's been around since at least 2006 and is still the best selling selling compound. Good viscosity. Some thermal compounds are overly viscous and don't automatically spread well. Contrary to some reviews it does not harden with use (like the thermal pads used by brand name computers.) Does not harden when stored either.

Cons: None if used properly. Not electrically conductive but is slightly capacitive according to AS site.

Overall Review: Like all thermal pastes - even the white silicone grease used in consumer electronics for high power semiconductors - only a little is needed. Using too much is a common first time builder mistake. This little syringe is good for many builds. Cleans up nicely with isopropyl alcohol and coffee filters.

Pros: Seasonic PSU's don't skimp. Seasonic PUS's still powering two 2009 builds (since given away), heavily OC'ed 2012 Ivy Bridge and OC'ed 2018 Coffee Lake 8700K. I suspect the fan works but I've never heard it.

Cons: Out of date user manual tells me not to use it in the bathtub in 20 languages but not how the fan control button works.

Overall Review: Fan control button: out is Fanless Mode at light loads. In is fan always running. Two CPU (EPS) 8-pin cables seems a bit excessive for 750W PSU. I'd probably want a bigger supply for dual/multi CPU builds. Still has plenty of SATA & PCI-E cables for my needs.

Pros: Inexpensive. DP latches work and don't get stuck! Thick cable with basic strain relief connects.

Cons: None really. If I were constantly removing and re-plugging the cable I'd look for a higher quality cable.

Overall Review: I've had good experiences with Coboc cables from NewEgg. Nothing fancy. Just plug them in and they just work as designed.
