How can you connect sata hdd to this card? the two slots looks like it is for something else.. Sorry for noob question :)

There are 2 ways. One requires a server with a backplane that you plug a mini-sas to mini-sas cable. What I believe YOU are asking for is the Mini-SAS to SATA Breakout Cable. I recommend that you use the breakout cable made from LSI. The part number for Newegg is LSI00411.

does this card support 4TB SATA disks?

Yes, I had 6TB drives in RAID6... A note... Before you buy this card, I would advise that your drives have TLER (this is for Western Digital drives, other drives have something equivilant).  I didn't do enough research and had issues after a year with WD Black drives dropping out of my array.  To support SATA drives you will also need SFF 8087 to SATA cables.

Will this work in a PCI-E 2.0 x4 slot? I'm ok with reduced performance, just want to make sure it will work in that slot.

No. You need an x8 or x16 slot.

i'd like to make RAID1 on WIndows 7 pro.
in this case, am i need to install extra driver ??
how can i make it? can i get some setting manual?

When you install from Windows 7 Pro CD you will need to add the driver for the LSI on a USB stick. Put the windows 7 drivers on the USB stick fro LSI for that controller. Select the driver before formatting the drive or it will not see the hard drives.

is this card hot swappable with hds?  been using the old supermicro aoc-sas2lp-mv8 and it seems with the newer versions of win 10 it has become less and less working the way I need.  it use to allow swapping of drive through my mobile trays but now the driver doesn't even enter in the safe to remove icon  so you cant even remove it to swap.
