1. The external dvd/cd drive doesn't support TV, car player, tablet, PC tablet (such as Surface Pro), Chromebook, Ubuntu system.

2. This drive can read and write CD but only read DVD. It doesnt support blu-ray, 3D, 4K or 2K DVD.

3. For Macbook, if the external drive doesn't pop up on your computer, please put a disc into the drive and it will pop up.
