Does this CPU have the integrated graphics? Or will I need a dedicated GPU?

This CPU does not have intergrated graphics. The only socket x470  Ryzen cpus that incorporate intergrated graphics are: Ryzen 3 2200G, Ryzen 5 2400G,  and  Ryzen 5 3400G.

What power supply would you recommend I pair with this?

Any power supply would work, But I prefer Seasonic PSUs and If your going to the trouble of buying components and building your own you shold do it right, so minimum 350W 80+ Bronze. Your GPU will will really dictate what PSU to go woth for power draw and PCIe connectivity.

Does the Ryzen 5 3600x include thermal paste?

Yes it was already applied to the stock cooler if I remember correctly.

I'm upgrading from an FX8320e CPU, so I also need a new mobo, and wondering if this will be compatible out of the box with the ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F or I will need a BIOS update? I don't own an AM4 CPU so updating that mobo would be complicated for me. Thanks in advance for your answers!

To be able to use an X470 board out of the box with a ryzen 3000 series the board needs to support bios flashback.  (they'll have a "flash bios" button on the back of the board)  Most x470 boards with the feature are in the $200+ range.  But a lot of MSI B450 boards have bios flashback so I would look there.

Will this work with 64bit windows?  Not wanting 32 bit..

no, the cpu is facing the side of the box and in its own plastic packaging. the fan is seperate from the cpu

Definitely just B450.  Be aware that some B450 motherboards will need a BIOS update to work with Ryzen 3000 cpus.  Take a look at MSI's B450 boards with the "MAX" suffix in their name.  These are pre-updated boards that contain Ryzen 3000 compatibility out of the box.
