For orders needs to be fulfilled by Newegg warehouses in USA, Newegg will provide multiple levels of shipping services including: Eggsaver Shipping, Newegg three Business Days, Newegg two Business Days and Newegg Next Day Shipping of which Eggsaver Shipping will be free of charge.

WARRANTY:

-Vaseky
Sennow is the manufacturer authorized seller of Vaseky SSD and Memory products. Vaseky products sold by Sennow are under a three year replacement warranty covered by Sennow. Industrial restrictions would apply.

Jingsha
Sennow is the manufacturer authorized seller of Jingsha motherboard products. Jingsha products sold by Sennow are under a three year replacement warranty covered by Sennow. Industrial restrictions would apply.

HUANANZHI
Sennow is the manufacturer authorized seller of HUANANZHI motherboard products. HUANANZHI products sold by Sennow are under a three year replacement warranty covered by Sennow. Industrial restrictions would apply.


RETURN POLICY:

Non-defective Return:
We accept refund RMA requests within thirty days after package delivered for non-defective returns. Full refund will be issues if packages are unopened or with freight charge. We may apply an up-to 15% restocking fee on opened non-defective returns or unopened international 0.01 shipping returns.

Defective Returns:
We accept refund or replacement RMA requests for defective units. Full refund or replacement will be issues once packages are returned to Newegg warehouse per the RMA instructions on the RMA email received with return shipping label. For defective unit maximum return period, terms vary based on the product warranty offered. For details, please feel free to email seller on product page.
