ASRock AB350 Pro4 AM4 AMD Promontory B350 USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: - price - works

Cons: - best memory slots are A2 and B2, seems counter intuitive

Overall Review: This was for my first build with ryzen 5 2600, asrock Radeon 580 8G, 16GB RAM @ 3200MHz CAS14. Worked out of box, pretty straight forward board. BIOS was easy to navigate through. Very pleased overall. When I first turned on my build I had my RAM in slots A1 and B1 and I could not get it to run at 3200MHz, it would cap out at 2400, if I selected the first XMP profile to run at 3200 the computer would not boot. I spent a couple hours testing my sticks, trying to manually tweak speed, and then going to the store to try a new set. Turns out slots A1 and B1 cap out at 2400, I switched my memory to slots A2 and B2 and changed the XMP profile and BAM! Ram is running perfectly at 3200 now. Silly me for not reading that part, don't make my mistake.
