Pros: Near frameless bezel gives the monitor a very sleek design. Downward facing ports make for clean cable management. Nice stiff tilt. Comes with VGA & HDMI cables.

Cons: Screen wobbles a little bit whilst typing, doesn't bother me but I can see it bothering someone else. Speakers sound tinny, and the max volume isn't that loud (expected from 4W speakers though)

Pros: Very compact, great for travel. Sleek black design conforms to all neutral setups. Decent build quality. Plug 'n' Play, didn't have to fiddle with any settings to get things working (later tweaked for user preference. ie. extended display.

Cons: Female HDMI port was tight. But, let's be real, that's probably a good thing.

Overall Review: It does what it advertises, if you need a budget thunderbolt-to-HDMI adapter, this will do the trick.
