no and I am glad it does not I want the focus to be  on the product performance not them trying to dress it up to look pretty. I see other brands with colored lights and yet they also have complaints of things being installed that come with card that are not secure and bring vulnerabilities to  your pc. I bought from EVGA because they do not do that and also the product works good.

Question 2

What cables and converters does this come with? I have 2 very old monitors with only VGA/DVI but I have a modern monitor on its way later on...

It comes with nothing.  Just the card in an anti-static bag in a nice box with really neat foam, and a multi-language instruction / information pamphlet.  That's it.  The ports on the back are really crowded together, so if you need to convert to an older display, you need an adapter with a sharply tapered end or a cable adapter would be even better.  I don't know why EVGA didn't consider this.

Question 3

Will this work/fit in Gigabyte Z390 UD ? My EVGA GTX 1060 fits fine at about 7.5" long. This is much longer at 10.6" - will it get past the sata 3 cables? Looks like it will go right over them? Anyone install on a Z390 UD?

I got a ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus and its fits well, I guess that most motherboard get design thinking on the space of the other peripherals can need.
