I am a customer of Newegg that purchased the same product. Newegg sent me an email requesting me to answer a question about this product that i purchased. I am not responsible for the advice that i give here but i am happy to make a recommendation for this device. I don't know about the PO's question that you are asking about since i am also a customer of Newegg but i believe that they do. Yes you will want to order the cables too because it only comes with two cables (one PS2, one USB KVM cable). I also purchased the Tripplite B051-000 Remote KVM what works with this NetDirector and it is very handy to have, even though most of our servers are running VM guests. One thing to note, i purchase the product and was suppose to get $100.00 off and Newegg told me that they would refund the 100.00 but they never honored this, or i am still waiting for the $100.00 to be returned to my card. However i have purchased a lot of products from Newegg and have never had an problem.
