EVERCOOL HDAC Aluminum HDD Cooling Heatsink
EVERCOOL HDAC Aluminum HDD Cooling Heatsink

Pros: They work very well - they keeps the wd raptors cool looks nice and the readout is a great option

Cons: The readout dosen't work half the time on one of them, but I'm too lazy to pull it out and get a replacement. I have (2) and the other one is fine. The drives are mirrored so I only need the temp on one of them.

Overall Review: I read a few reviews on these with the same complaint test your products before shipping - or dont throw them in the box from across the room? oh and make sure the wires can't get near the squirlcage.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY! RUPTURED AND SPRAYS COOLANT

Enermax Liqtech TR4 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, Support 500W+TDP and Overclocking, AMD Socket TR4 Ready, ELC-LTTR360-TBP
Enermax Liqtech TR4 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, Support 500W+TDP and Overclocking, AMD Socket TR4 Ready, ELC-LTTR360-TBP

Pros: Other than the idea of liquid cooling, and look (its pretty) ABSOLUTELY NONE and I Purchased it from Newegg, so I know I'm good there.

Cons: After a short time of running the cooler line ruptured spraying coolant all over inside this $8000 computer build The warranty sounds great, but you definitely cannot get anyone at Enermax - LEPA support that can read, type, or speak English apparently. WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! - I truly wish I had done more research on this product. READ BELOW FOR MORE DETAILED REPORT

Overall Review: Try to Picture this... You watch a Linus Tech Tips Video on an ultimate Threadripper build, then watch another one by LTT on Bootable NVME Hyper M.2 cards so you do the research on components, Buy all the selected components totaling around 8K, wait to get them, do the unboxing, read all the literature, setup the Zenith Extreme mother board with 128gb of trident dimms, pop in the Ryzen Threadripper CPU, then figure out the load distribution for the Dies so your boot from the (5) raided m.2 NVME SSDs is balanced, hook it up to your 1200w ps, pop in your geforce hybrid video card, cool looking CPU liquid cooler etc etc - bonus it installs windows complete in like 3- 4min Boom! so then you start looking at the awesome stats and running benchmarks - i mean 8mbs read and 7mbs write its sweeeet!! well... that was the cool part. Now Picture this... you are sitting at work on your Kick A computer and all of a sudden you hear this pop and hissing noise, and your monitors all go blank! so you go over and look in your case and low and behold there is this viscus liquid spraying out of the hose of your cool looking Enermax CPU cooler all over every component in your computer - you very quickly unplug the power supply and turn the switch off and pull all the connected cables out of the back of your computer. By this time when you look back inside your case there is little droplets and water puddles on everything... memory sticks, mother board and its display, the dimm.2 expansion cards and SSDs, yes even the fans that have stopped spinning - you can actually witness the coolant puddling up under the cooler block and running right thru your hybrid video card. So after a little bit of a panic.. and after quick flashback of remembering your bank account balance after purchasing all these components you very quickly snap some pictures and try to sop up the fluid that has accumulated in those few short seconds. You take the liquid spattered Glass door off the side of your case and set it aside - that way you can pull the case of this amazing piece of hardware off your desk to lay it on its side... on the floor... that way the rest of the fluid coming out just drizzles on the carpet instead of the hardware. Ahh Yes... the mental state: as you do this it occurs to you that its like laying a mortally wounded / terminally injured beautiful animal down just to stand there and watch it bleed out. You notice the bright and beautiful light it had once emitted is now extinguished possibly forever. But wait there's hope! You Purchased an Enermax product and they say they warranty stuff... this started Oct 17,2018 so you contact them (you have to generate and account with your information to start this process by the way) you explain the situation you preemptively attach and send the invoice from purchase with your information you ask them what to do - and yes they (ENERMAX/LEPATEK) reply fairly quickly and tell you the information to provide - they also explain that turn time around is around a month to 2 months - that is after YOU pay to send their defective product back to them for "analysis" You resend the information you have already provided once and attach the requested pictures - they send you the same request for information you already provided You not able to wait 2 months pull apart clean and test everything... (its like... Nah that analogy was way to graphic) You yourself have to purchase new components to replace the damaged ones (so you can go back to work to pay for it) You out of frustration ask them to just stand behind their own product send you a RMA # and Address to ship it to and.... - they send you the same request for information you already provided You explain about leaving a review if they cant assist and provide a RMA and an Address to send their product back to them... - they send you the same request for information you already provided its November 8 now and I cant even get them to take back and warranty their own product H#ll I just had to give up on the other components it damaged HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? DO YOU WANT THIS EXPERIENCE? I'm really not trying to be vindictive.. But i sure do want you the buyer to BEWARE and know what may be awaiting you with this product :( I will try to post links to the build as well as the review of product and video and pictures of this specific event Yes I took Pictures and Video of what happened - (might make you cry... or laugh if you are sadistic)
