Good board, easy to install, presented no major issues.
Pros: It's been 10 years since I built my last computer (FX 8350). I thought this board went in easily. My glitch, operator error, was that I couldn't get it to post, even though it had power. Staring and scrutinizing both the board and the book and I found that the indicator light, showing yellow (a + for it here) was indicating a RAM problem. The issue was resolved when I moved RAM DIMMS from slots 1 & 3 to 2 & 4. No issue since. I installed a Ryzen 9 7900X3D on it, and it is working with 64G RAM. I'm not gaming with it, but MS Office stuff and do create VMs on it for work... lightning fast and no issues. No CPU heat issues, 35 to 55 C -- 65 to 70 C under load.
Cons: Be aware, drivers for WIFI and Blutooth on this board must be downloaded and installed from Microsoft - and they are separate drivers. Not sure where I dug this up but it was not readily apparent to me. For the first day I had to us a USB NIC to connect.
Overall Review: Easy board to work with, M.2 slots were easy to work with, SATA connection worked well and all other hookups on the board were much cleaner than past boards I've worked with. I've had no issues with it since I built it.
Easily installed, works great.
Pros: This was the first time I've used these cards. They were easily installed in M.2 slots on my ASUS board. The bios picked them up and Win 11 had no problem finding them. No issues, will know more as the years go by.
Cons: No major issues, but was a bit confused about the foam padding on the cards. There were also some rubber spacers that came with the motherboard, these are intended to be stuck to the board under the cards to prevent them from bowing when the heat sink is placed over them. These are more motherboard issues but a note to others to look for these spaces when installing these cards to the M.2 slots.
Overall Review: Thus far easy to install, readily recognizable by hardware and software, they are performing without issue as expected.
