Red LED on 3 of these DUAL-RTX3050-08G GPUs! All failed?

ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card DUAL-RTX3050-O8G
ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card DUAL-RTX3050-O8G

Pros: Price was not too bad with many GPU prices in the stratosphere. Solidly built, nice compact size.

Cons: Tried 3 different new ones with an ASUS MOBO and could not get the PC to boot with any of them. All 3 displayed a red LED on the GPU even when powered by a Seasonic Titanium 1,000-watt PSU. The 2 warranty replacements were sent to me from the ASUS repair facility, the second replacement arrived 2 days ago, and it also doesn't work.

Overall Review: I've now had 3 identical ASUS GPUs arrive apparently failed, any help would be appreciated. New PC: ASUS DUAL-RTX3050-08G GPU ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4 MOBO (Rev 1.00) Seasonic Prime TX-1000 Titanium 1,000 Watt PSU Intel Core i7-12700K CPU Corsair H100x cooler G.Skill Trident Z 64GB Ram DDR4 4000 Windows 11 Pro 64bit Without this ASUS GPU installed, this PC boots and functions perfectly. I want better graphics than the Intel CPU has, so I bought this ASUS GPU. After installation and as soon as the PSU is switched on, the red LED on the GPU illuminates and the PC will not respond to a press of the power button and obviously will not boot. This happened to both of the first two identical GPUs and I was running a Seasonic Prime TX-750 for the initial PC build. While I still had the second GPU, I replaced the 750 watt PSU with the 1,000-watt and got the same red LED. I sent the second GPU to ASUS and today received the third GPU from them. I installed it with the exact same results; red LED as soon as the PSU is switched on, no power button response, no boot. Remove the GPU and the PC boots and runs normally. So utterly frustrated at this point.... A 1,000-watt PSU should be more than adequate for this setup. Any ideas or suggestions as to what the problem might be?
