Pros: Designed for easy install. Center fan is locked in with a cap, rather than springs that need to be pulled backed and locked. Made a big difference in navigating case with a GPU installed.

Overall Review: This was a replacement cooler, original had significant whine when any cpu/gpu activity occurred. The Be Quiet is installed cooling a AMD 9950 3D processor. The GPU portion reads 39c-40c at idle with the CPU 33c - 35c at idle. Room is normally 24 c. and interior case 28 c. Under a very heavy AI training load the 9950 pushed 70c with fan(s) at 1687 RPM. Original cooler pushed 80 c.
