Best Dehumidifier for the Price
Pros: I've ran it non-stop for a month with no problems at all. No noise increase or noticeable wear with the month of usage. It's been quiet since I plugged it in and started it and even in the turbo fan mode, it's not loud. It pulls a massive amount, maybe even more than it's rating, of moisture out of the air. It was also in the "top 10 best dehumidifiers" consumer reports article. AMERICAN MADE.
Cons: none, whatsoever
Overall Review: I had originally purchased one from the big blue home improvement store. BIG MISTAKE. Then, I went to the orange store. ANOTHER MISTAKE. Each of those units were loud and could barely pull moisture out of the air. This unit is much more quiet and is above and beyond efficient at pulling moisture out of the air. Know that it was rated one of the top ten on consumer reports AND it's American made put the icing on the cake.
Good, when on sale
Pros: Very Bright! They last all night if the day was sunny.
Cons: They only problem I have with these are that the ground spike they mount on a very brittle. I started putting these in the ground the day after it rained (soft ground) and still broke 3 of the 6 ground spike mounts.
Overall Review: Even thought the mount spikes broke, it's not hard to find a piece of wood or even a stick to use as a mount for these. The solar light is the reason that they still get 4 stars. They are bright and last all night (even in the winter) with a full charge.
Great performance, bad included software
Pros: The performance is not bad at all, for a budget card
Cons: The include ASUS STRIX software is not good. If you want to save a profile, good luck. Nothing seems to save, and if it does, it's not what you set anything at. The fans have a quiet feature which makes your card very hot. You can turn this feature off, but, as soon as you restart your computer, you'll have to do it again. Saving a custom profile with custom fan settings is nearly impossible.
Overall Review: For the performance, the card is worth it. The software has a lot to be desired. If you feel like always having to mess with the software to get things right, buy this card.
Surprised Me!
Pros: It cools very well for the price on an old AMD 125 watt cpu. It surprised me enough to recommend it to a friend on a budget gaming build.
Cons: none
Overall Review: I would certainly purchase this cooler again. The price to performance ratio (bang for buck) is outstanding!
Good CPU On A Budget
Pros: Stays very cool with aftermarket air cooler. Surprisingly fast for what it is, at gaming and multitasking.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Paired with a good video card, you can have a cheap and fast 1080p gaming rig.
Good for the Price
Pros: Keeps max temps down below 50* with an AMD 8350
Cons: Difficult to mount the radiator portion to the case. For any type of cooling efficiency, it must pull air in from the outside of the case. Does not come with extra screws for mounting a second fan on the radiator which is almost needed. For it to work well at cooling, the fans need to be at 100%. This presents too much noise, considering a 212 evo can cool almost as well and much more quietly.
Overall Review: I would not buy this again. It was fun to experiment with, but, when I turn on my computer, I shouldn't have to hear my cpu cooling fans at high rpm's, just to get the same cooling as my CNPS 10 Performa with an extra fan. Yes, it is seated correctly on my cpu (I checked 3 times, applying new AS paste each time). Yes, the water pump is functioning.
