1. Whats the different with BT-2580P series ink cartridges?
BT-2560N is aqueous ink only print on Porous surfaces. Mainly use for untreated wood, cardboard, paper and fiber, etc.
2. Can I use other brands ink cartridge instead of v4ink Bentsai?
Sorry, you cannot use other brands cartridges for v4ink Bentsais printer. Since every cartridge contains secure chip, it only recognize original printer. For your better printout performance we highly recommend you to purchase cartridges from v4ink Bentsai.
3.What should I do if the prints are skipping, banding or no print at all?
This is mainly because of the clogged print head. Please try the methods below step by step to overcome the poor printing performance.
a.Remove the clogged ink cartridge from the printer.
b.Turn the print head down, then shake the print head.
c.Grab an alcohol cotton slice to press the print head until the ink spills out.
d.Clean the print head,reinsert the cartridge in the printer and print a test.
Please shake the cartridge before using it, and wipe the surface of the printhead to make it clean. Please wipe the nozzle surface again after use.
The cartridge needs to be stored in the shady, cool and dry areaand avoid direct sunlight due to the particularity of ink.
If its not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality.
The cartridges from v4ink Bentsai can only use the original printers of our company, which is incompatible with other brands. If forced to use, it may burn the machine or the encryption chip.
