What cable do I need to connect this to a SYBA SY-HUB50046 front panel hub?

The same sort of USB A plug you use for most external devices. Some of the early USB 3.0 manufacturers didn't know what pins they'd need internally, but the external bus was already set, I guess. So, in other words, if you have what looks like a USB cable with a Type A connector attached to your case, this is what you need; otherwise, look for a card with actual pins.

What driver does this device use? I recently picked up the cheap Orioc 2 port card, and have had nothing but problems with it. This was my second card that used Fresco Logic, which I'm never buying again, so I want to make sure this is not using it before purchasing.

I had no issue, it was plug and play with Win 10 Pro on Dell Precision T5400 work station.
