Very happy

ASRock 770 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 770 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASRock 770 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 770 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Best quality Am3 single 16x pcie motherboard I could find for under 100$. Everything worked after putting it together, it posted and booted first try. Everything feels and looks very high quality on this board! All the connections and ports you can ever need.

Cons: None I have found.

Overall Review: I did allot of research and this had everything I wanted.. I'm glad I went with this board and will buy asrock again. I used an Asrock board for an old school athlon 2500+, and its still running great after more then 5 years.

Best upgrade for older AM4 CPU gaming systems

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition - Ryzen 7 5000 Series Vermeer (Zen 3) 8-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM4 105W Desktop CPU Processor - 100-100000651POF
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition - Ryzen 7 5000 Series Vermeer (Zen 3) 8-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM4 105W Desktop CPU Processor - 100-100000651POF

Pros: -Best gaming performance available on AM4. - The 3D V-Cache helps smooth out FPS drops. -The Carbice thermal pad included works well and is a clean quick install. Temps should over time come down with use.

Cons: -Not worth upgrading to this CPU on a system that already has a Ryzen 5000 8+ core CPU. -5950x, 5900x, 5900xt, 5800xt, 5800x cost less, have higher clocks or more cores. They are a better choice for most situations. -All 3D V-Cache AM4 CPUs to run much hoter because of their design.

Overall Review: Buy this for an older AM4 system as a last upgrade. Don't waste time/money with the 5800X3D if you already have a never higher end AM4 CPU.

AMD finally got it right! Excellent stable card

ASRock Steel Legend Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6 PCI Express 5.0 x16 ATX Graphics Card RX9070XT SL 16G

Overall Review: Upgraded from an Intel B580. The performance improvement is what you would expect, all the games I play run at settings maxed out, in 3440x1440. I was apprehensive to buy a Radion GPU again because of my past experiences with a rx7600 randomly crashing in games. I couldn't stomach buying an Nvidia at their monopoly pricing This RX9070xt has been solid and not crashed once. Great job AMD!

Overall, an alright case... it looks nice

DIYPC DIY-S07 Black Steel ATX USB3.0 Mid Tower Computer Case
DIYPC DIY-S07 Black Steel ATX USB3.0 Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Open space and nice looking design USB 3 on top Slimmest case I could find to fit in a small area

Cons: The power supply I used didn't fit well, had to remove a rivet from the case to make it fit. Flimsy thin metal Front fans mount up strange

Overall Review: I like this case overall and am happy with the purchase. But if I did it again, I would spend more money and get one of higher quality.

Worked perfectly

Seagate Momentus ST160LM003 160GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive

Pros: Inexpensive, caught it on sale so even better price. Came packaged very well and couldn't tell it was not brand new.

Cons: Not a lot of storage ? Thats obvious though.

Overall Review: Would buy again

FAST!

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition - Phenom II X4 Deneb Quad-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM3 125W Processor - HDZ965FBGMBOX
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition - Phenom II X4 Deneb Quad-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM3 125W Processor - HDZ965FBGMBOX

Pros: Insane fast! 7.4 (7.9 is the highest) on windows experience index with ASRock 770 EXTREME3 AM3 motherboard (great motherboard btw).

Cons: - Uses allot of watts, but its quad core and 3.4GHz... Its gonna draw some power! - New amd cpus are coming out soon, but I didn't want to wait. I am very happy with this and don't regret buying it. If you get a good motherboard you can probably just upgrade the processor down the road anyway.

Overall Review: I bought this to replace a socket 939 opteron. Its such a huge increase in performance, I am shocked. I got the black edition because its multiplier unlocked. But honestly I have no need to overclock it right now. Maybe I will overclock in the future but have absolutely no need to atm.
