The powerful 3/4 hp, 560 watt motor on the meat grinder is air cooled and permanently lubricated to continuously grind bulk loads of meat without stopping.
The electric meat grinder is designed for speed with a rifled-head design and offset throat. Grinds 6-9 lbs. of meat per minute.
The Weston Meat Grinder is engineered for quiet performance and rugged durability, while processing hundreds of pounds of meat.
The grinder comes with a patented auger-grabbing stomper, coarse (7 mm) and fine (4.5 mm) stainless steel plates, and a grinder knife.
The included sausage stuffer kit comes with an adapter, spacer and four-sized funnels (10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm) for making everything from snack sticks and pepperoni to kielbasa and lunch meats.
