How would you add a pcie 3.0 4x card to this case?

there is no spec for thickness of radiator on top. will the arctic liquid freezer II 360 fit up there? i know its kinda thick.

Not sure, but you could perhaps compare it to the CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE. I have that up top in my Y60 case and it clears fine, and works perfectly.

would you be able to mount a video card standard in this case if you remove the riser? newer cards are think and i'm worried about airflow right against the glass.

I was concerned as well, but I have a 3090 TI mounted on the riser and I run that thing full-throttle for hours at a time daily. Zero issues with heat/cooling.
