Pros: This seems to be a great power supply for the TFX size box. Fits perfectly, fan is in a great spot, voltages seem to check out great with a Fluke meter, and it looks good too.

Cons: Unfortunately, I bought this as a replacement for a HP S5123W and it will not power up the machine properly. I don't want to blame the power supply though because the PC manufacturer is notorious for not being compatible with even the simplest of devices. I believe I have narrowed it down to this PSU having 2 12V rails with only 11A on the first rail. The motherboard specs state that it should have at least 15A on the first rail if using a 2 rail PSU. I should have done more research before assuming that the total 19A would be more than sufficient since the factory PSU only has 16A on a single 12V rail.

Overall Review: If a factory PSU has a single rail it is probably best to make sure the replacement has at least the same amperage on the first rail if purchasing a replacement with more than one rail.
