I do not normally leave reviews. That being said, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will lock up your order with a shipping label then not actually ship it. I had to get Newegg involved after over a week of them sitting on my package. I tried contacting their customer service and received zero response. I attempted to cancel the order through Newegg and then miraculously the next day my order finally ships. I received the order today on 4/9/24 only to find out my MSI project zero motherboard somehow changed models during shipping and is now a B650 Mortar, of which I did not order. IDK maybe it identifies as a Project Zero. To Newegg's credit they have started a refund. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the reviews of this company and stay away. I would suggest that Newegg stop doing business with them as well. If I could give them negative eggs I would. To the company's credit, at least the item was packed well and survived shipping.
