The Perfect Mini ITX Case for any budget!

Thermaltake Core V1 Extreme Mini ITX Cube Chassis, Compatible with Air and Liquid Cooling Builds (CA-1B8-00S1WN-00)
Thermaltake Core V1 Extreme Mini ITX Cube Chassis, Compatible with Air and Liquid Cooling Builds (CA-1B8-00S1WN-00)

Pros: - Small (Fits on my desk!) - It's VERY easy to build in. Taking off all of the side panels leaves the build open and simple to build in, and it's very easy to remove a side/top and then make small modifications later. - Did I mention that each of these side panels/top panels are interchangeable? As in you can put the "top" window panel on a side, and etc. - Pretty sturdy for the price - Can fit quite a large amount of components - Amazing airflow due to the holes/grills - Very easy to perform cable management - Highly mod-able and customizable - Very portable - (subjective) Simple and clean design

Cons: - While I didn't have a problem with sound due to the fans that I use, the open airflow design means that while it's very quiet while I'm not gaming, it can get sort of audible under load. - Some people might not like the design, hence why I mentioned that it was subjective - Rather limited options for air-cooling. I recommend setting up a water cooler as your intake at the front of the case, replacing the 200mm stock fan - Hard drive and SSD cage are a bit annoying to deal with. They fit everything but feel cheap compared to the rest of the build.

Overall Review: Overall this case is an extremely good on for the mini itx form factor. I didn't have any QC issues and it fit everything that I needed in my build. I have no cooling or major noise issues (I'm using an i5 6600k overclocked to 4.6ghz with a Corsair H75 for reference, with a single 80mm exhaust fan (although I recommend that you buy two)), and it's extremely convenient for me to use. There are some minor issues with sound leakage that might be more present if you have loud case fans though. I think the biggest thing I should mention to people about this build is the fact that you have to think out your parts before you put them in. This might seem like common knowledge, but a lot of people forget to do this with mini itx builds, so I felt that I had to restate it. I'm using a "micro" Graphics card (gtx 1060 6gb) so I'm not having any size problems, but you might have an issue if you use some of the larger full-size graphics cards. I'm using a 120mm water cooler specifically because this case can't fit some of the larger air coolers that would allow me more overclocking potential. I have 1 HDD and 2 SSDs, but it looks like things would get cramped if I add another HDD. I'd recommend a PSU that's at least semi-modular in order to help out a lot with cable management. Speaking of that, there's only really room for it under/near the front intake fan, which works fine for me but might not for some other people. Despite these extremely minor flaws though (Seriously people just plan out your builds) I can easily recommend this build to anyone who wants to try out the mini itx platform. It's a perfect blend between portability and usability!
