The USR-N540 industrial serial device server is a 4-channel serial-to-Ethernet converter developed for traditional serial equipment networking. It achieves bidirectional transparent data transmission between RS232, RS485, RS422 serial signals and TCP/IP network data, allowing offline serial industrial equipment to access LAN and remote Internet networks.
Powered by high-performance Cortex-M7 processor with optimized TCP/IP protocol stack, this converter delivers stable data transmission under harsh factory environments. It supports all mainstream industrial communication modes, including Modbus gateway function to connect serial PLCs, power meters, sensors, access control systems and POS machines from major automation brands.
Equipped with auto-adaptive 10/100Mbps RJ45 port and wide voltage DC 936V power input, it meets diverse industrial power supply conditions. The wide operating temperature from -40 to 85 and built-in electromagnetic isolation effectively resist surge and electromagnetic interference. Users can configure parameters via built-in web page or virtual serial port software, and remotely upgrade firmware without disassembly. Widely applied in industrial automation, power monitoring, intelligent agriculture, building control and equipment remote monitoring scenarios.
