If I connect 2 computers to this, will it play audio from both simultaneously?

As an electrical engineer, I would strongly recommend against trying to use two computers to drive any single set of speakers.  The problem is that the output of one computer will attempt to drive both the speakers and the other computer and vice versa.  Depending on the computer's drive capability and volume level you could damage the other computer.  It probably would not harm the speakers.  Sound could also be quite distorted anyway.  If you want to do this I recommend a "resistive combiner" or an audio mixer.

How tall are the 4 matching speakers?

They're pretty small, maybe 5-6 inches?  The woofer is about twice that height.

Frankly I was quite surprised at this tiny box that showed up on my doorstep.  If I had seen them at a brick and mortar store I wouldn't have bought them.  However, the only other step up was a 300 watt system which was way too much for a PC.

It's wired. Plenty of wire though, especially on the rear channels.

I wanted to know if these speakers could be wall mounted or would you need wall brackets or speaker stands? I Want to mount the rear channel speakers on my wall.

negative. these speakers were designed to be plugged near a computer or small stereo, they have no holes for attachments(stands or mounts) yes, the rear cables are about 15 feet long , but with the little power they have, they were just made to be put in the rear very close to the listener. at ground level. if you want good heavy sound, look for a different system, remember this speakers are 8 watts each, the woofer is 25. for a total of 75 watts which is really low. do yourself a favor, save $111 more and buy an entry level home theater in a box , like the pioneer htp-072, teh you can mount the speakers anywhere with decent sound.

Do these speakers have an audio out that i could plug headphones into?

Yes there is a head phone jack on the primary power speaker (Right Front) where the power switch and volume control is. 
However I would suggest having a decent sound card to provide the best sound possible. I have the Creative ZxR which is fantastic. If I had the money I would have brought better speaker but, I got the sound card and the speakers as a bundle.  Yes these speakers are good. Be careful of the Subwoofer because it is fairly well constructed but most folks don't know that SW are easy to blow out and it is a common mistake for the unknowledgeable to misuse the SW. Can the speakers be mounted to the wall?

I do own a set of these speakers.  I do not see any good way to mount them to a vertical wall.  The back surface of all the speakers is not flat and has no mounting points.  The cord protrudes straight out the back.  They are made to sit on a shelf.  I am quite pleased with these speakers.  Quality seems quite good, and the sound is good.  I do wish that the sub woofer was a bit more powerful, but it’s fine for a computer.

how long are speaker cables and would it be easy to plug in extensions for a living room?

That is actually how I used mine, works great. Front and center speakers are only 4-5 ft long or so, but the 2 rear speaker cables are  in the 10-12 ft range each. If you need more length then that it's very easy to use extensions, standard audio cables for each speaker (not the 3.5mm but the RCA). Their set up to plug into the back of the woofer with that connection, so a simple M-F extension and your GTG.

The only downside to them for living room speakers is the volume and power are on the front right speaker, and Base is on the back of the Woofer, so make sure your able to wire them to your TV in a way where you can control the volume some other way.

is the rca plug needed if this is going to be used on a computer that already supports onboard 5.1 sound?

The rca plug is for the subwoofer and yes needed. after that you will plug in the others in the back of the computer as your normally would.
