The UAP-AC-HD Wave 2 Enterprise Wi-Fi Access Point from Ubiquiti Networks is a scalable enterprise access point solution designed to be easily deployed and managed. It supports the 802.11 ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi standard with speeds of up to 1733 Mbps in the 5 GHz radio band, and up to 800 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz radio band. The Wi-Fi system offers simultaneous dual-band operation with 4x4 MIMO technology for each band. Install the UAP-AC-HD-US access point inside or outdoors (covered) using the included wall or ceiling mount kits.

Once installed, the dual PoE compliant Gigabit Ethernet ports make it easy to connect the AP to the network without the need for a standalone power source. 802.11 ac Technology: Initial 802.11 ac Wave 1 SU MIMO (Single-User, Multiple Input, Multiple Output) technology allows an earlier-generation AP, such as the UniFi AC Pro AP, to communicate with only one client at a time. 802.11 ac Wave 2 MU MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple Input, Multiple Output) technology allows a Wave 2 AP, such as the UniFi AC HD AP, to communicate with multiple clients at the same time – significantly increasing multi-user throughput and overall user experience.

Wireless Uplink: Wireless Uplink functionality enables wireless connectivity between APs for extended range.
