We aggressively price shop a large percentage of 3rd party manufacturers for assembly of our original A-Tech branded memory. However, we never compromise the quality of the chips in our products and only use A grade major brand original chips, or our own hand selected A-Tech branded chips. Older generations of A-Tech branded memory can also include relabeled, original modules from Samsung, Hynix, and Micron with new condition boards and chips.
We have a very unique supply chain that allows us to incorporate overstocks, liquidations, open box/sealed returns, pulls from brand new systems, and memory in physically new condition from bulk purchases and a vast broker network. We are a large distributor of other brands of memory, as well. We pride ourselves in carrying the largest selection of brands and part numbers in stock.
All new condition modules fulfilled by A-Tech may include open box returns. Incorrectly ordered memory is very common in the tech industry and often times these modules were not put into use, rather, they were simply exchanged for the correct memory upgrade. Keeping this in mind, we fully test these modules and back them with our complimentary A-Tech lifetime warranty.
All the brands that we carry as well as our A-Tech branded memory carry a complimentary lifetime warranty through A-Tech Components. The original purchaser of the memory will always have the right to return a module that is defective on arrival or after great use. After the initial 90 day window, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. In addition, it is at our discretion to either issue a credit or replacement depending on inventory availability and market conditions. This lifetime warranty applies to both new condition modules and used condition modules. If a customer no longer has a need for a module, they may organize a return with our customer service team for a full refund with the label cost being at the expense of the buyer.
In the case of a stock issue we will attempt to contact you and create an updated timeline offer on the original purchase along with several alternative options. In the event of a pricing issue, we typically cancel the order and inform you that it was due to a pricing issue. We try to avoid these scenarios as much as possible, however, we do reserve the right to cancel sales that are due to pricing issues.

All customers who are exempt from sales and use tax must provide an exemption form upon request. Any customers who are subject to sales and use tax, and did not pay a sales tax, are still required to pay use tax in their residential state.
These Terms of Sale ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of memory and/or services and support (together, "Product") sold by A-Tech Components. The buyer hereby agrees to these terms by placing an order through our Amazon store. If a buyer has already placed an order and no longer want to be bound to this agreement, then they must either immediately cancel their order or return the purchase in line with our return policy.
For R2 purposes, all memory sold is considered tested for full function, R2/ready for reuse or better.
