Are these true 2 post rack mountable? It looks like it's 4 post.

yes, they are two post racks. I can't put in a link to the APC website for the install manual, but do a google search on - ap9625 installation manual - to retrieve the manual Note: these work best on two post racks with mounting available on both front and back of the rack. One unit gets mounted on the front, a second unit on the back. Two units on each post then requires the four brackets. If your racks don't have front and back mounting, then you'd have to likely use a nut and bolt arrangement to connect each bracket to each post. Again, take a look at the pictures on the link. It should clarify better than words
