Overall Review: This is an ideal hard drive for either MacOS or Windows OS. I reformatted it so it would have much greater capacity on MacOS. I gained approximately 850GB! Seriously, This 2TB HD only had 1.15TB capacity out of the box! Also, out of the box, folders did not show the number of files or the file sizes. Now that is solved. I formatted as APFS. I connect via USB 3.0 & my photos upload & download quickly. I am connected to a Mac Pro Desktop. This is a rugged, extremely well built hard drive. It operates cool; never overheats. I highly recommend it.
