I see this has dual-channel capability. Can I pair 4 together without any compatibility issues?

Check the book that came with your mobo, but normally no, but if your going to by four(unless you have other sicks, ittl just go to the slowest speed), get a pack, theyre cheaper.

I just bought 4 of these, and everything runs fine. Except for a new buzzing sound coming from my rig.

My pc reads all 32GB, and my games are running smoother than ever. But what's with the god awful buzzing? My mobo is an MSI 990FXA.

I agree with Randall, the most likely cause of a buzzing is a fan. It could be that you shifted a wire into one of your fans when you added the memory or that dust has caused an imbalance.

There is nothing on ram that is capable of making noise unless something is going very wrong by which point your computer would not be functional, so the most likely fix is to clean your case, primarily your fans, and make sure there are no stray wires or other debris contacting them.

Question 3

Do you need 2 sticks? i've been told you both, you need 2 sticks of ram, and you don't need 2 sticks. I don't know what to do...

Each system/motherboard is different, and there is no set rule as to needing "Paired Ram", or not.  I usually default to what is currently in the system.  If it has two sticks, I try to use a pair of new sticks.  All that being said, sometimes you get lucky with one stick, even if there was previously two.

I think you should be asking if it's compatible with the motherboard. But yes it is compatible with an i7 4790k.

Does latency have to match memory slots?  I have 2X 2gb now, and want to upgrade to handle higher demand video editing on my desktop.  Otherwise the specs match what I have in there now I think.

Latency does not have to match the slots. Ideally, you'd want to put two of the same modules in a channel (color-coded or labeled if you have 4+ slots) but so long as they're the same clock rate (DDR3 1600 in this case) you'll get the 1600 speed; otherwise, the slowest one wins.

is this compatible with LGA 1150 sockets?

An LGA 1150 socket describes a processor socket not the comparability of a RAM stick. If your question is about if this is compatible with another motherboard on newegg then you will want to look at the motherboard to see if it supports 240-pin DDR3.

But In general most modern day 1150 socket motherboards do support this type of memory.

In general, you can, and it'll be fine.  Dual channel basically is designed so that a pair of sticks of ram running together would have access to double the memory bandwidth.  It really shouldn't have any appreciable negative impact on your performance vs 2 4gb sticks.

Will it be compatibile with a CybertronPC Borg-Q GM4213A Desktop?  Current RAM is 8GB of DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800).

Your best bet is to add the same type/brand of memory that came with your motherboard if it is available.  G-Skill ram usually will work in most DDR3 motherboards, but you would need to consult your motherboard manufacturer's website for specific memory module support. Memory compatibility may be affected by BIOS limitations and other motherboard specific limitations - especially in mass-produced computer systems.  Also, look closely at your motherboard and see if it is a brand name motherboard (ASUS/Gigabyte, etc).  If it is, look for the model number and the motherboard manufacturer may have memory module compatibility information also.
