As far as both being DDR3 yes. But hold on, motherboards can be quite picky when it comes to RAM timings. I do not know the exact RAM that is currently installed so I can't give you an affirmative about that. However, if your motherboard does take in this RAM timings then yes it will work, but you will want to make sure that if your currently installed ram isn't exactly the same timing, that you remove it completely. Computers perform best when all the RAM is the same timing and preferable the same vender and model series.
