Correct, this kit comes with two rails, one for each side of the server. The square holes in the rails lock into the metal tabs on the side of the Supermicro server. The rails then lock into the square holes in your server rack. Quick and easy installation.

Yes, these are square holed. There is an adapter kit for round holes available: MCP-290-00060-0N
