Designed with an M.2 type 2280 form factor (80mm × 22mm × 3.5mm), the Transcend MTS800 M.2 SSD is great for small form factor devices! It features a SATA III 6 GB/s interface, meeting the high performance needs of today’s advanced portable devices. It boasts a DDR3 DRAM cache to accelerate file transfers. With maximum read speeds of 560MB/s read and maximum write speeds of 310MB/s, the MTS800 can easily handle everyday computing tasks as well as demanding multimedia applications.
The Transcend MTS800 M.2 SSD provides full support for SATA Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep) for impressive power management akin to smartphones, and Intel Smart Response Technology (ISRT) to combine the capacity advantage of HDDs with the performance improvement of SSDs. The MTS800 is also equipped with other advanced features, providing long-term reliability and data protection. The MTS800 is ROHS compliant. MTS400 and MTS600 are also available.

With an ultra-fast response time of less than 20ms, you can resume working on your computer again almost instantly.
ISRT supportISRT (Intel Smart Response Technology) allows you to configure your computer system with an SSD used as cache memory between the HDD and system memory. By monitoring which programs and files you access frequently and storing them on the SSD, ISRT helps improve the application launch speed and overall system responsiveness. The large capacity of the hard drive is free to store all your other programs and files.
