I'm not usually one to write a review of something, but my package was "shipped" and never made it to the shipping company. Completely unacceptable and will be getting a refund. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the same part, someone else will have it out there, maybe even still on Newegg.

"Shipped", never received by UPS and Item never arrived.

Purchased a GPU, item was marked as "Shipped" with a provided UPS tracking number. 2 weeks running the unit has never been received by UPS and will most likely never actually ship or arrive. It's quite clear that this seller is "front-loading" merchandise by attempting to sell items that they don't actually have in stock yet. No response from customer service after multiple attempts. It seems like there are mixed experiences here, my personal experience was abysmal.

This seller got me what I requested, which with recent stock & supply issues was great. Wish I could have gotten in wholesale channel to save a few $$$, but no stock. Tracking information was not showing correct from carrier, but seller did ship on date they said they had.

Ordered 4 HDD, Marked as shipped. Few days later I get email stating its out of stock with no ETA and a refund has been issued. Item is still for sale on their store. No response to questions. Avoid at all costs, complete waste of time.

Wish I would have read this person's feedback before buying from them. Lesson learned. Been sitting marked as shipped for over a week now, UPS has not received the package yet. Newegg needs to vet their sellers better, and there needs to be a system that won't allow something to be marked as shipped until the shipping company has received it. Sadly, this seems to be happening a lot, print the shipping label and then sit on the order. I don't believe this seller has the merchandise they advertise, I think they do the old "sell for a markup, then order the goods" trick. Newegg - kick this seller off your marketplace, they are going to bring your reputation down.

I ordered a 2 pack Monitor item... the seller took my money and then only shipped one monitor, now they are refusing to honor the order. Customer service is only through email, which they responded on the same day, but then ghosted for all other communications. Stay away from this seller at all costs.

Very bad treatment and he did not answer my question about the reason for the long delay even though I paid a double amount twice to be sent by express mail, but unfortunately he did not deliver the goods and he did not respond to my inquiry or to the customer service inquiry in the program. If there was a negative evaluation, I would put it because he does not deserve even his egg alone So far he has not answered our questions

I received 2 monitors one of which was damaged. After sending the damaged one back they wouldn't ship out a replacement until they received the damaged one. Once they received the damaged one I contacted them and now they said the monitor was back ordered and it wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I contacted them again only to be told that they didn't know when the monitor would be in and they would have to process a refund. Poor customer service and poor business practices

TERRIBLE SELLER, ADVERTISED PRODUCT FOR WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED THEN PULLED MY ORDER "DUE TO OUT OF STOCK"

I ordered a very basic product which they were showing stock of for a week prior to me purchasing. Paid in full on the same day I received an email that my order had been picked and was ready to be shipped a few days later. A few weeks went by before I reached out for an update, I had been logging on every few days to make sure the product was still in stock and that I hadn't missed out. It was in stock the entire time. After making an enquiry they got back to me quickly saying that the order had been picked and was ready to be shipped, they provided a tracking number and I was satisfied it had been resolved. A few more weeks went by before I emailed again, I had checked the site and the product was STILL showing as in stock, I received another email a few days later apologising for the delay and that they would send it shortly. Another 2 weeks went by and I received an email telling me the product was out of stock, that they were pulling my order and that a refund would be processsed within "the next few days". Obviously I was livid, I had missed out on other deals under the impression that my order was being looked after despite delays in contact and informed them how disappointed I was and that I would be watching my account closely for the refund in full. A week goes by, no refund. As I'm about to write them I receive an email with a return label attached stating I would not receive a refund until they had received the item back. I sent a 'strongly worded email' explaining they had never sent the product so how was I going to return something they never even released?? I got a reply the next day apologising and saying that it was "part of the returns process" and that it just had to go through the motions. I demanded they wrap up this charade (about 3 months now) and refund my money, I was promised (again) it would be completed in another few days. It took them another 2 weeks to fully refund the money to my account. I will never shop with the seller again and due to NewEgg's shoddy sales practices, shipping and administration I will never be buying anything from them or recommending my friends or colleagues even consider them as a potential to save money.

i bought the item and after got the email confirmation about the order, the seller delayed to ship the item after checking with the seller he told me next day it will shipped then suddenly the asking me to refund due to this is no stock after checking the website i found the same seller have the same item available in the stock but with higher price tried with the newegg team to solve the problem they are very negative without any response and they don't have any authority to force the seller to serve the client

I ordered this normally with no issues nor any messages and normal shipping details of about a 1 -2 weeks to deliver. I get an email saying the shipping label was created and waiting for pickup. 2 weeks later I go to check on my order and it's still at their warehouse with the same message. I reach out to them, they say sorry then serval days later I reach out again. Then they finally put it on a truck a couple of days later. I have a feeling they are selling out of stock items and just waiting for fulfillment

Im never one to leave a review, but boy oh boy this is a drag. Not only is the shipping costly. They move in slow motion over there. Customer service is horrendous and your money deserves to be spent at a seller who cares and respects your time. Do yourself the favor and rid yourself of one headache and do not buy from Dealer Targets. Plain and simple

Shipped the item through UPS, the item was reported as delivered, but was not at my address. After contacting UPS, they informed me that the seller changed the delivery address to a completely separate address not related to me. Do not order from this company.
