is it 14th gen compatible?

First, a little advice about this board.
When you buy this board, buy the cheapest 12th gen processor that will fit in it.  If you get it right after the 14th gen processors are released, it will not come with 14th gen BIOS installed.  The board won't work and you can't update the BIOS from a flash drive without a working processor.  
As for your question:  The 14th gen is using LGA 1700 sockets so it should be compatible.

What case should I use for this?

I bought this MB and put it into Fractal Design Focus G Black ATX Mid Tower Computer Case.  The ATX PSU fits right under the board and the front peripherals don't interfere with the board.  Plus it isn't too big to sit under or on my desk.  I have a liquid cooler in it and a RTX3060Ti GPU

Will this support Noctua NH-D15?

Yes, I am using a NH-D15 on one right now. Just be sure when you buy your NH-D15, it's the version that supports LGA 1700's as they rolled those out not too long ago. If you own one from an older build and want to reuse it, you probably can't unless you get the mounts for LGA 1700's which am guessing would be off their website or something.

It works fine with Windows 10. (I don't think there's such a thing as a Windows 11–only motherboard. Any motherboard that meets Windows 11 system requirements will also run Windows 10.)

Will I need any extra cables for case fans if I use this MOBO with the Fractal Design Pop XL Air RGB Black TG ATX case? Also, will I be able to change the fan color with  the Aura Sync features?

You should not need any extra cables for the case fans, as this motherboard includes 4 x 4-pin Chassis Fan headers which should be sufficient.
