General information

The CRU 8441-7139-0500 removable driver carrier is for use with DataPort 10 SAS/SATA 6G HDD frame (part number: 8442-6502-0500, and sold separately). It accommodates 2.5"/3.5" SATA/SAS drives using cable-less connection, and slides into the receiving frame to form a functional storage solution. The carrier is equipped with CRU’s exclusive Temperature Controlled Cooling System (TCCS), and an audible alarm will notify you if the drives begin to overheat so that you can prevent data loss or drive malfunction/damage. Its aluminum construction dissipates heat while ensuring the safety of your drive and data.

Please note:

This item is carrier only. It must be combined with the receiving frame to operate properly.
