Beautiful . . But
Overall Review: Great motherboard with extensive features. It Installs easily and so far runs well. However, a couple of issues in its design. You can water cool the NMVe because the water-cooled units with its fitting will not work with the overhang of the heatsink. This was with the standard Corsair NVMe cooling element. We tried both the Corsair and the Dracaena fillings, and neither would allow installation. So we tried the supplied Gigabyte Aorus 12000 NVMe heatsink, which could not be used either. So you are stuck using the supplied ASUS heatsink and hope the NVMe does not overheat.
DOA
Pros: The fan was inoperable on arrival; we had to return and replace it to complete the build we were doing on time.
Overall Review: Gigabyte products have been up and down IMO lately, had to return this and two motherboards in the last few months.
Had Two That Would Not Initialize
Pros: It is fast and reliable when it worksno problems after getting them in the units.
Cons: We had to send two back. We use these in our custom computer builds. In the last couple of months, we had two that would not initialize and had to return. IMO, it is a bad batch, as we have installed about 30 so far without problems.
Overall Review: Once you get them set up, they work fast and perfectly.
Great Case to Build Your Dream Setup
Pros: Lots of room to fit fans and radiators. They actually supply 5 RGB fans to get you started. We loaded it up will water cooling for CPU and 2-140mm, 4 120mm, 1 92mm and 3 80mm fans so it keeps cool enough for a 3090ti board way overclocked. Full control of all these 4 pin fans is also available (depending upon your motherboard- we used a Gigabyte Z690 D, because it comes with Thunderbolt 4, if you use a gaming motherboard you'll have to spend more to get the TB4.). It's easy to work with because of the two chambers you have to run all the wires you need to operate everything. You can turn it into a lighting show if you want to - they also supply 2 RGB strips to get you started. Your GPU can be installed so it sits upright, and it is done with only a couple screws. We did have some questions before buying and their response was very quick considering they are located in Austria, but they were very helpful and full addressed our concerns. Very happy with the build and will be using this case again for future builds. Actually was surprised at the price - OMHO, for what you get though it should be considerably more.
Cons: Build directions are only a fold out leaflet with "how to" drawings, might suggest they give something more thorough, which would be helpful to first time builders. No cons otherwise after getting through the build process. Will update after it runs for a while.
Overall Review: If your going to build, especially if it is your first build, this should be your case. You won't regret buying this one!
The Proverbially Slow Boat
I ordered these for a build we were doing. Apparently, their shipping procedure is to send things here to a USPS forwarder for final delivery. Right now, the fans are sitting at JFK airport in NEW YORK - not even an airport close to us. They are slated to deliver on October 16th for an order placed on September 22nd. So, 24 days for delivery of items others regularly deliver in two days. Stay away from this seller. It was my mistake not to see that they were coming from China. UPDATE: As of October 18th, the fans still have not delivered. I never had a Newegg issue before, and this is a "Shipping from China" issue - NEVER again!
They were telling a fairytale
This graphics card was ordered on 11/16. They claim it was shipped on 11/17 via FedEx ground. It arrived 11/28 - 11 days for a shipment that in speaking to FedEx should have taken only 5 plus or minus a day. So besides gouging on the price (my fault for buying I know) they probably printed the label and then shipped some days later. Again speculation, listing & selling a card they did not have immediately but fake shipping it so NewEgg would pay them, probably even before they finally got the card to ship. IMHO - STAY AWAY from the seller DealsADay!
