Cons: No way to call and get tech support. It takes days to get help in answering questions. Don't count on getting a quick answer to any questions you might send via email! You need to do lots of research on their website to find out what CPU cooler will fit on the motherboard you have. I have been waiting for an answer regarding the cooler I bought for over a week now and I still don't know if I can use the unit on my motherboard! I might have made a mistake and purchased a CPU cooler that is not compatible with my motherboard!

Overall Review: Leave yourself plenty of time and do research to make sure you purchase a cooler compatible with your motherboard. You will have to spend some time researching on their website. The installation videos and instructions can be a bit vague and additional questions will have to be emailed and you will have to wait for an answer.
