Will the low placement of the motherboard mount cause the hose of an AIO CPU cooler to be excessively pulled to reach the CPU?

Hello. Yes, it can. I am routing the CPU cooler hoses from the correct side, closest to the radiator (right side of CPU). The hose is at its most stretch possible. If I have to move the MB lower, it will pull on the hose from the radiator--it will not work.
